SCOUTING THE SAINTS:  Robert Klemm is the new head coach at Saint Charles East, after being in the program as a long-time assistant.  The Saints advanced to the IHSA Sectional Championship game last season.  Jacob Vrankovich can record big numbers on the boards and is a back-to-the-basket scorer.  Brad Monkemeyer played with the varsity as a sophomore and has a good mid-range shot.  Junior guard Marco Klebostis has length and shooting ability,
