HINSDALE, Ill. –Osman Khan scored a game-high 22 points to pace Niles North to a 79-47 win over Burlington Central and securing a spot in the fifth-place game of the 2025 Hinsdale Central Holiday Classic.

Niles North (11-3) led from wire-to-wire, scoring the first five points and never trailing in the contest. The Vikings led 42-20 at the half and built a 69-34 lead after three quarters before coasting to the 32-point victory.

Khan led the way for the Vikings, finishing with a game-high 22 points and eight rebounds. Khan shot 6-of-11 from the floor, hitting all six shots (6-of-10) from three-point range. Collin Tobin added 19 points while shooting 9-of-12 while Rayne Punzal added 16 points for Niles North. The Vikings shot 60.4 percent (29-of-48) from the floor, including 61.5 percent (16-of-26) from downtown.

Burlington Central (6-5) finished the game shooting 34.6 percent (18-of-52) from the floor, but just 14.3 percent (2-of-14) from beyond the arc. Patrick Magan led the Rockets int he loss with 10 points. Cedric Ceniza added nine points for Burlington Central.

Niles North will face the winner of the Maine South/Oswego East contest in tomorrow's fifth-place game at 5:15 pm. Burlington Central will face the loser of the Maine South/Oswego East game tomorrow at 2:00 p.m.
